2. Description of Service
Dolmon is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate and edit images, videos, AI avatars, and ad creatives using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related functionality.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
- The Service is offered through subscription plans with varying features and credit allocations as described on our Pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your plan.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service ("Input Content"), including images, videos, and text prompts.
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.2 Generated Content
- Content generated through the Service ("Output Content") is owned by you, subject to subscription plan terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output Content complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and advertising regulations.
- Commercial use of Output Content is permitted on paid subscription plans. Free tier usage is limited to personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Dolmon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
- Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on protected characteristics.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credits, or security measures.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in violation of your plan terms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all Output Content before use.
- We do not guarantee that Output Content will be unique or free from resemblance to existing works.
- The legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in your region.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOLMON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dolmon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law, in which case disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dolmon regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
